All I ever did was very slow reps holding at the top for 2-3 seconds for 10-12 reps 3-4 sets..no more than 3x a week...2x a week would be enough IMO
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Give something a try. Nothing will work for everyone and everything will work for no one. Try weekly and biweekly training with varying intensities and volumes.

Be prepared to live with small calves...genetics play a huge role in how big they can get....I have huge calves and hardly work them...

Try very high reps for the calves, squeezing and holding at the top.
