Depends on the person and the volume/intensity.
In most cases wouldn't training legs hardcore twice a week be a hindrance more than a benefit? When I say hardcore I mean Tuesday doing 4 sets of lunges (both legs), leg press, good mornings and then hamstring curls to finish up. Then on Friday/Sat. doing full squats, leg press, etc. So basically you're not doing quads one day and hamstrings the other. It is a full leg workout twice a week. Don't know about you all but my legs barely recover in 4-5 days.

one quad dominant and one hip dominant would work out nicely.

I tend to agree with that! My question is derived from an ongoing friendly fued with my wife! Based on your gallery I would say you know what you're talking about!Originally Posted by The13ig13adWolf

When I did train quads hard I could barely walk for 4 days after.....you do the math.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

If it is truly hardcore then I dont see 2x a week as beneficial. MAYBE once every 5 days
Wouldn't it be hip dominant/knee dominant since the rectus (quad) femoris crosses the hip, thus acting as a hip flexor.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
