    Lifting Plan

    Wrestling season is gona be over in a few weeks, and that mean i need to start bodybuilding again. How does this schedual sound?

    Monday-Chest,Biceps
    Tuesday-Shoulders,Triceps
    Wensday-Legs,Back
    Thursday-Easy Day(abs/little cardio/anything missed)
    Friday-Start Over with chest.
    Saturday-off
    Sunday-off

    Tuesday: Lats and Biceps
    Wednesday: rest
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Deltoids and traps
