I just wanted to let all you guys know my IRON MAN "HIT" routine has been re-edited for a better understanding.
I have learned in my 30 years as a bodybuilder that the body begins to adapt to any attempt of altering homeostasis after a 3 week period. To be successful it is necessary to create maximum growth thresholds within this 3 week time frame, then change to something else.
In my experience with training bodybuilders of all levels I have found results begin to drop off at about week 6. This is why I have all my clients take 7 to 10 days off before resuming their training program.
If you have any question please do not hesitate in asking me in my sub-forum. My training program has a long track record with being very successful. I'm here to help and I think those who will follow my program to a T will be pleasantly surprised at the results that can be made.
Why settle for being a man when you can be an "IRONMAN".
