    in any case that doesnt really matter all that much... what are your goals? how much do u weigh, how tall are you? your workout and diet matter more about your goals than your endoectosallyjesseraphaelomorph.

    You are definitely not an ecto. You are probably some kind of mix between endo and mesomoprh. Just train with balance and periodize the various variables at your disposal. Diet is largely trial and error.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
