most people on this site are against belts, because it eliminates balancing muscles
in this case however i dont see why not try it.....
Ive had a few problems with my lower back and thought i had sorted them out.Theres been no probs when squatting lungeing or any sort of stretching ie touching my toes but i have noticed probs after benching the next day that is. I am sure my form is ok no arching in back when pressing back up or pushing back up using my legs. Any suggestions do you use belts when benching some guys do some dont at our gym, or is it because i have a very weak lower back and my form is wrong this is causing my problems
cheers Paul.

ive never tried one when benching just worried why back pain was back again and if benching would cause it.
