What should I warm up with?

When I do flat bench my current working sets are...

    265x8
    275x7
    285x5-6

What should my warm up set be? I usually do 135x12, but should I do another warm up set before 265? Or should my warm up set be heavier?

I do a 5-10 minute fast walk before I lift

    You might do
    135x12
    205x6

    then the working sets
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Ya lately ive been doing 135x12, then 225x10, then my working sets. But I think the 225x10 is tiring me out.

My warm-up would probably be something like this:

    45 x 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 3
    225 x 1
    245 x 1

    I usually do:
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    185 x 6
    205 x 2
    225 x 1
    245 x 1

I think I may take out the 205 and go right to 225.
