    cardio

--> ok, well i have this friend whom would like to lose a bit of weight and do more cardio. However this guy as a busy mofo, he has the morning, thats about it, he doesnt want to go and do roadwork, but i he doesnt want to go to the gym, i tell him he is a dickhead... gyms or roadwork is the best way to lose fat. However, i wanna help him out, so i have come to you magical people, could you give me some exercises which will, theoritically substitute cardio outside of his home, as my guess is he wants to do it all at home.
If you even dream about beating me- you better wake up come to me and apologise.

Losing weight is all about diet. Cardio can help complement diet, but diet is #1. On that note, head over to the nutrition section of the forums and post there. They'll tell you that he needs to see how many calories he consumes weekly on average and that he needs to create a caloric deficit, eat smaller meals more frequently, and stay away from things that are friend or overly processed. Of course, they can offer much more specific and useful information than that, but it's a start.

Tell him to do callisthenics in a circuit. You can look at my journal to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

    Is this implying spot reduction?

I don't see where that was implied. Increasing activity levels is also a viable option, and should be done in conjunction with diet for optimal results and health benefits.

For some reason it seemed like it implied spot reduction. Perhaps I'm just paranoid of those who help spread the mythconception...

    Poor Squaggleboggin has a lisp...
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
