You weigh 187 pounds and bench press 77lbs. Not the greatest, but with bad joint what can you do.

Oh, is that bent press, i thought bent press was where you picked up a barbell and press it overhead with one shoulder, damn. Is it good anyway?
I bench 70KG by the way.

The way he described it, he takes a barbell and does a strict overhead press with it with one arm. 77 pounds at a BW of 187 for one arm doesn't sound bad to me. Unless you were talking about the bench press, in which case I have no comment.

That would probably equate to an overhead press of at least 165 if I had to guess.

I found out the name, its called a push press with one arm, not strict, but i thought it might be ok since none of my freinds can do it and they are not weak.

Comparing yourself to others will do no good. Improve yourself and set new improvements to achieve with your improved self to improve yourself further. Push yourself farther than ever before and you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.
