2-3 compound movements per muscle is more than enough IMO
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I agree. For one day, two or three should be all you CAN do if you work with intensity. Of course, you don't need to treat them all as main movements. You can do cleans, jerks, pull ups and farmers walks all in one day. They all work the back quite hard, but once you build up a higher work capacity, it doesn't matter so much.

not everyone does weightlifting or as you call it 'functional lifting' lol , i agree with foreman though. if you are working back for one day, you could do deadlifts, bent over rows, and pullups. for chest you could do incline barbell and flat dumbell or whichever way you like.

Also remember that its very easy to overtrain your smaller muscle groups, i.e. biceps, If you hit your back hard say 2 days aweek 3-4 exercises, you may only need to do 1 exercise to polish off your biceps to perfection.

Every ones different but if your hitting it hard and not growwing and getting strongerer...... sometimes less is more.

I know. But this was one of the few times when I wasn't actually trying to get someone to do them. And you ruined that special moment (tear).
