    Lateral delts?

    Here is my shoulder workout-

    Military press
    Upright Row
    FRONT DB raises
    Rear delt machine
    Shrugs

Am I neglecting "lateral" delts? If that is a description..... I'm talking about the side of the shoulders.....
Should I change front DB raises to lateral raises? Or is there an exercise that works the sides that I don't do?

that is a lot of exercises to do for such a small muscle group, especially since it already gets worked when you train "chest". Without even knowing the sets and reps you are probably doing to much. Concentrate on doing less but being more effecient with other training variables (expecially rep tempo) if you are concerned about hypertrophy.

hmm.... i have dropped sets for all of the exercises, but do you think i need to even remove one of them?

if so, which one? they all seem to have a specific purpose....
or would it be best to "cycle" them into my workouts- week 1 upright rows and week 2 front DB raises....
