hey everyone, ive been getting these red lines on my shoulders when ever i do cables or any sort of resistance training (even pull downs). they dont hurt and they go away in two or three days. just wondering if anyone knows what is causing this or what it is. thanks for any info
I got red lines over my shoulders but it was from doing things like really heavy standing calf raises or hack squats....it was caused from all the pressure being placed on the shoulders...don't know why you have em though....
