Here's the story. Broke my toe, the one next to the big toe, last weekend. I've been told not put any pressure on the toe ergo no running etc. Question here is, has anyone here had this type of injury and still been able to do a full hip/leg routine? Calves are out for obvious reasons and I did feel minor pain while trying to squat yesterday. I'm leaning towards ham curls and quad extensions for the next six weeks (6 weeks is the doctor's request) and trying to avoid any "standing" exercises. Just want your opinion especially if you have been through this before. Thanks.

I agree. Why make a bad situation worse? Not training lower body for only 6 weeks is not the end of the world. Just do whatever upper body exercises you can and chill out.Originally Posted by ForemanRules
Thanks. Enough said - upper body will do for the next 6 weeks.
