Your not eating enough. Simple as that. Double what your eating for the day and I bet you'll gain some weight.

I eat about 4 to 5 meals a day. I think if I eat anymore I may explode, I eat until i cant put another bite in my mouth. After that didnt work I stopped playing ball for little while to see if I was burning the fat right off and I got a gut (keep in mind that i am extremly skinny, so a gut to me was not really a gut to anyone else) but then after working out for one day I lost it. Last year I ate so much and went to the gym about 4 days a week and all I did was get cut, I didnt gain any weight or get any bigger. Its frustrating as hell because its hard for me to stick with it when I dont see any results.

We all eat 5-6 times a day It's what you eat that makes the difference. I'm willing to bet you aren't eating enough Please post your diet in the Diet Forum and we can check it out.
