    One of those "Good Days"

Its hard to explain this but I'll try.

Ever feel good one day and you feel like you lift anything? And you go to benchpress and you lift it like its nothing? What the hell is that and how can I use it everytime? Its like all your strength comes out for that ONE day.

I'm sorry if I didn't explain it very well.

I think it is mostly mental. My strenght/gains have been persistant and I haven't really had a day where I just "had it" (except when I first started). I have gotten a few extra reps in now and then from getting pumped up before a set. However, I have stopped trying to psyche myself up before sets because I get more fatigued than usual after the set because of all the nervous energy expended. Although sometimes I feel I must on the last sets of my squats.

maybe your diet was great for that day, you could have been very motivated to lift, you got into a rythym wen you started, you had tunnel vision and focused just on lifting.
