    Belly

    Hey all,
I'm 5'10 160, BF (estimate 11-12%). I'm still on the slim side of things, i was originally around 145. So i put on some weight the past 6 monthes. But i can't stand the belly that I have. It's not like a fat belly, but it pertrudes, almost looking like a buddah belly. Anyone ever heard of something like this. It's really annoying, considering im not big to begin with.

I diet clean, maybe I should do more cardio.. I definitley do ab work.

    Could be a beer gut
Or it could be from you pushing it out when you lift
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
