Slimming and Toning Upper Body Excercises for women needed!
Hi everyone,
I need some advice. I am woman and I gained 15 pounds over the last year and decided that was enough I wasn't going to wait until it got to 50 pounds or more before I did something about it.
So I joined a flag football team to help myself. Anyways to make a long story short I injured myself during the first game and didn't realise it. I thought I was just out of shape. After the season I rested for a month and a half then started at the gym again but the pain in my knee came back. I went to sports med physio and found out I had tear in the cartilage of my knee. So now no lower body excercises for about 4-6 weeks and no cardio but I really want to workout my upperbody specifically my abs and arms. Can someone tell me excercises I can do at home to help myself please and thank you!
My goal is to have my body completely toned by summer!
