Just do some weighted sit-ups. 3 -4 sets x 10-12
i'm planning on putting crunches into my mass gain routine but I don't want to be doin too much cardio, I was wondering if any one thinks this is a bad idea or not and how many reps/sets are recomended.

I recall someone (maybe DOMS) saying that sit ups were shown to be bad for the lower back. I never saw the study and I don't think it was actually posted. I would like to see it if anyone has any information on it, though.
