I've seen Glen Chabot do it, but it was a near max effort of 675 raw.
I think I get a little of it occasionally, but I lift very light right now so its been awhile.
When I bench, I shake.
It's weird because I've been benching for over four years now, and I still wobble. It's not much of a shake, but its apparant.
I don't do too much DB work, but when I do I don't really have a problem with balancing the weights at all...... I might even be able to balance the DB's almost as good as I can with a BB bench.
The wobble on the BB is most apparant at the top of the rep, wobbles a bit just when the bar starts to decend and I'm pretty sure it doen't wobble too much when its near my chest.
Do you guys have this issue? Most guys I see don't wobble at ALL with a BB, even when they are doing weights for 1-3 reps.
Is there something I should do to correct it?

For me its even apparant with my warmup set at 135.....
It's not much of a shake, but its definetly there.

I wonder if maybe its dietary, I seem to have a light case of this very occasionally. P-Funk may have an idea or two, if he swings by.
