    New Push/Pull/Legs Split

I decided I wasn't really a fan of the upper lower split so i'm going to go with push pull legs split. I based my upper lower on cowpimps thread, but now that i'm going to a push pull i'm not sure if i can switch things up. Yesterday I did push, tell me what you guys think of it.
    Flat Bench 4x5 @7RM
    Incline Bench 4x5 @7RM
Hammer Wide Grip Press 3x5 @7RM ( I normally wouldn't have done this, but they just got the machine and I wanted to try it)
    Weighted Dips 4x5 @7RM
    Overhead Press 4x5 @7RM
    Side Raises 3x6 @8RM

So I Will balance these with 3 vertical pulls and 3 horizontal pulls, and I rest after every session. Also reps will go from 5 week a, 10 week b, 7 week c. Sound alright?

I think it seems reasonable enough.

Don't see any reason to do everything with such low reps.....esp lateral raises....I would mix it up and stay in the 6-12 range...1-5 if for competive litfters only.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

He said next week will be 10 reps, and the next will be 7.

I don't see any point in doing an isolation movemenrt like laterals for 5 or 6 reps....I would just drop it and do a compound movement.

You think they should be replaced with something like Arnolds?
