    training when sore

    ok last thursday i trained chest and tomorrow i'm going to train chest again but my chest is still sore a lil...is it still ok to train it tomorrow if its sore a lil bit?

    3 days rest, ie fri+sat+sun and sort of tomorrow seems enough. I think its ok as a one off and hopefully you won't be sore at all tomorrow.

    Come on kenwood. You have probably asked this question about 5 times already by yourself.

    I train through soreness quite often. It has never hindered my results.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    lol. Same with me, i hit chest monday was sore until friday, but i still benched a few sets on friday, didnt do anything to me as far as performance goes.
