Just a quick question, I've started a serious cardio routine about 2 months ago, I run 3 times a week, 3 miles each time, as a goal to reduce the amount of body fat that I have. The past couple weeks I've noticed a great deal of progress in my weight training, but I've also noticed that I've gained about 3 pounds since I started running, from 145-148lbs. My diet has essentially been the same. My waist size seems to have stayed at 31 inches, but my question is, is it normal that I gained a couple of pounds? I hope that my body isn't gaining more fat
