    where do i start?

    hi im new here but im 20 200 lbs. n 22% bodyfat. i just stated lifftin agin i havent lifted seince high school. n well i kindda got fat i wanna bulk up n slim down. now i know thats a oxy moron but can ne 1 help me. i just stated watchin my diet. I kicked soda to the curb only drink water n juice. n try to stick to a 2000 calorie a day diet lots of protien. is this good for me? Whats the bennifit of cell tech and is it for me or should i use a product like hydroxy cut or non at all. and is it possible to drop to about 15% fat in 4 to 5 months?

    Youve already made the first step and coming here. First and foremost, get your diet in check, go to the diet section and get some tips over there. As for training, if you are already doing a routine, post it here and some of the training gurus will be happy to critique it.
    Hit it and hit it hard.
