    Total Body- 3 x a week... please critique!!!!

    This work out will be performed M-W-F..........w/ T,Th, Sa,Su OFF!!!!

    Mon and Wed (medium weight)
    ***********

    Squat (mon)/ Lunges (wed) 5 x 10-12

    Chest exer 3 x 10
    Back exer 4 x 10 (chest and back will be supersets)

    Chest exer 2 x 10
    Back exer 3 x 10 (again this chest and back will be supersets)

    Shoulder exer 3 x 10

    Bi and Tri exer 3 x 10 (tri and bi will be superset)

    ABS


    Friday (heavy)
    *****
    Squat 3 x 6-8
    Lunges 3 x 6-8

    Chest exer 4 x 6
    Back exer 5 x 6 (chest and back will be superset)

    Chest exer 3 x 6
    Back exer 4 x 6 (again this chest and back will be supersets)

    Shoulder exer 3 x 6

    Bi and Tri exer 3 x 6 (tri and bi will be superset)

    ABS

    What specific exercises are you doing? You should be working your hamstrings and traps as well, maybe throw in some SLDLs and shrugs respectively.

    Chest exersises are alternated w/ incline db, flat db, incline bench, flat bench

    Back exercises are alternated w/ lat pull downs, rows, etc....

    I would work shrugs in with the shoulder routines!
