    attention next time when doing lat-pulldowns try using a hook grip not a (full grip) it will take some of the biceps work out and focus more on ur lats

    a hook grip is when your thumb is wrapped around and placed under your fore fingers.

    you mean a false grip.

    It is to my knowledge that most people who know what they are doing don't wrap their thumbs around the bar when doing that exercise.
