    Push movements: benching/military press. = anything that you are basically pushing the weight away from you

    Pulling: vice versa. (pull downs / rows, etc)
    Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results

    yesterday i was beching at max, for me that is 260. today my arms feel very sore mostly in the bicep 's could that mean i was not using proper form for benching..

    Hey, when you say to keep eating no matetr what thats the only way ill grow. What types of food should I be eating? Chicken, steak, fruit, vegies, healthy fats.
