    suggestions on a solid workout?

I started working out seriously probably at the begining of Jan. 06. I started knowing very little and eventually came up with a routine I liked(thought would work). But shortly after reading around forums i realized my workout overworked my muscles big time.So i decided to post my workout and see if anyone had suggestions on a solid wokrout i coiuld possibly follow?

I pretty much did every excercise for each muscle group(all 3sets x 10 reps)

    MY ROUTINE:
    Day1:Chest, legs

    Day 2:Shoulder, Lats

    Day 3: Bicep,tricep

    Day 4: repeat day 1

    Day 5: repeat day 2

    Day 6: repeat day 3

    Day 7: rest

And usually during the repeat days iwas thinking about doing light weights while the first 3 days i lift heavy.

    Any suggestions will be helpful.

BTW: My goal is to gain some mass, get cut and strength.
