I think you have a very well-rounded physique actually. No glaring weak points that I can see. Keep eating and keep training; things can only get better from here.

Do you have any new splits you've been workin on cause i'd like to try something different. I still want to try gopro's and i've been reading a lot from iron man and have thought about trying his routine. Shit, maybe i'll flip a damn coin...too many options. |

I have used P-RR-S before, and I saw some decent results. One thing I like about that workout is that it doesn't get boring. You're always changing parameters around, which is a good thing.
I've read through Ironman's HIT. It seems like a well thought out program, but I have no experience with it myself. I have heard a few good things though. One thing I like about it is that it calls for a higher frequency. If you were to try something else I might give some type of higher frequency split a try and use undulating periodization. Shiznit is doing something like that right now that he pretty much pulled out of my writeup on designing routines, although he has changed it up a little since then. |
