    Training this..

    stats:age 15'
    height: 5'5"
    weight: 155lbs
    max bench 215lbs
    max squat:300
    deadlifts: 345 lbs

    ~goals~By the end of jan.21st
    height: 5'6
    weight: 155lbs
    max bench:????lbs
    squat: 320lbs
    deadlifts: 360+lbs

That's in Kenwoood's underbanner below his post listing his goals.
I know this is stupid but it says:

    ~goals~By the end of jan.21st
    height: 5'6

How is he training his Height? Does it have to do with his legs or something? I was always taught height comes natural, but is that true?

Kenwood I think you need to put this in your sig. Someone. This can't be forgotten.

He limits his walking so that there is less gravity being placed upon his body during the day.

This will in turn help him grow, as there won't be as much pressure, holding his legs down.

Ironically, you're about 1/10 inch shorter at the beginning of the day than at the end because the gravity causes a slight change in your cartilage.

you are taller at the begning of the day because the disks in the lumbar spine get nutrients through diffusion while you sleep, causing them to swell to a larger, more normal size. As you move around they start compress to absorb shock and you loose that slight gain in height that you had.

are you sure (s)he didn't mean you are 1/10th shorter at the end of the day and not the begning? Otherwise your biology teacher is a fucking retard and you should ask for a refund from the school district.
