    Neck Size!!

I'm sure alot of you guys measure ur necks whenever you take measurements...but do you actually SEE or FEEL a difference?? Why does your neck even get bigger?? During what exercises do you think ur neck gets the most stimulation??

I've got a date valentine's day and this will be the first time I've dressed up since I was an insurance agent about 2 years ago....and NONE of my dress shirts fit....I can't even come close to buttoning the top button on any of my dress shirts...even the shirt that was too big for me back then!!!

anybody else have this problem or something similar??

Shopping for shirts can be a chore, yeah. I can see about an inch difference or so, I topped out around 18.5" when I worked it directly (one set per side, per week).

I leave my top button unbuttoned a lot, even when I was paying $30-$50 a plate at a decent place. Guess that doesn't work with a tie though.
