    one arm pull-ups

    How many of you can do one arm pull-ups? Anyone can do em with weight attacched?

    no, i can do 18 pullups with 2 hands. I can barely do 1 or 2 with 1 arm. they really is a hard exercise.

    i can get about 5 with 1 arm. It is really hard.

    I can do several if I hold with one hand and grab onto the wrist of the working arm. I can do a 1 or 2 if I grab the bicep of my working arm. I can't do any if I put my other arm behind my back.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
