Am I losing strength, or just an abberation?

This may seem like a simple question, but I worked on my Biceps and triceps today, I noticed when I was doing my usual bicep curls that I did one less rep this week then I had the previous week on both arms. Now, the past 3 weeks have been some of my best, I've seemed to have gotten stronger every workout. My question is, the sudden loss of strength in my biceps, is it anything to be concerned about, or is it normal to have a bad day like that? I felt fine, and I ate before, nothing unusual, although my right wrist has been aching for the past couple days, could it be that I was thinking about that too much?

It doesn't necessarily mean you got weaker, although I feel the bicep curl is a very poor method of gauging strength gains. Sometimes people have off days. Nonetheless, if the same thing results on your next trip to the gym, then you're going to have to change something.

Wait until you do chest day to gauge your strength. If it starts falling a rep or two for two consecutive workouts, then there's a problem.

    I would kill myself.

There is only one solution, and that is stop being so anal.
