I guarantee you it's all mental. 3.5 pounds is hardly a noticeable difference unless you are 5 feet tall.
I've been cutting for about 2 weeks. I've lost about 3.5 pounds, and i'm assuming some of it water weight. I also look absolutely deflated. Am i being paranoid, or do muscles appear smaller when you are on a cut. I thought i might have heard that when your body is in a calorie deficit, the muscle don't appear as large. I hope that's true, because i don't like the way im looking right now.

Yeah I'd agree.....but you probably might "feel" smaller...not as pumped or full because of the diet.
