    It would be the same with or without the sweat suit except for the fact that you would sweat. If you want ripped up abs focus mainly on your diet and some direct ab work like crunches, hanging leg raises, and decline situps etc. However, it is mostly your diet.

    The sweatsuit will make you sweat more which will make you lose some more of the subcutaneous water which may leave you looking more ripped temporarily. You'd get the same results by sitting in a sauna.

    You said you're a fighter? If so you need to keep your hands up, looks like you take a lot of crushing blows to the head.

    It depends if you take yourself to dehydration or not. Dehydrating yourself for no reason is unhealthy - it messes with your kidneys.

    Symptoms of Dehydration:

    * Thirst -- first symptom
    * Less frequent urination
    * Dry skin
    * Fatigue
    * Light-headedness
    * Dark colored urine -- once you reach this stage death is imminent

    That was uncalled for on his part.

    I don't see how a sweat suit will cause you to lose anything other than water and salt. Speaking of salt, if you're dead-set on doing this, make sure you monitor your salt intake.

    But really, it is worth the risks overheating (which can be fatal) or suffering dehydration just to sweat a little more? Just focus on your diet and doing good, consistent, workouts.

    ive lost 7 or 8 pounds in water weight in one day, thats why boxers use it to make weight, then they can gain the weight right back the next day after the weigh in....

    That makes sense. Just make sure to get enough replacement salt.

    If you have approx 10-12 % or more of bodyfat, you aren't going to see ripped abs whether you wear a T-shirt, sweatshirt or no shirt. You want to see ripped abs, diet down into the single B/F %. Then you'll see them ripped puppies

    Uncalled for? Lets review my summarized version of this conversation...

    el violento "is the sweatsuit useless?'

    foremanrules "yes, dumbass"

    el violento "so you're saying its useless? But my friend....."

    fufu "your friend is almost as stupid as you are, its useless"

    el violento "ok, you're saying its useless. But is it useful?"

    fufu "no, it is still useless, are you on meth?"

    el violento "ok, so what everyone is saying is that the sweat suit is useless.
    But what I really want to know is, can be used for anything?"

    NeilParson "No, for the fifteenth fucking time it is COMPLETELY FUCKING
    USELESS!!! Are you even reading the responses? Holy Damn
    I need a beer."

    el violento "Ok, I understand that its useless now, ok so I can't use it. But
    what I want to know now is 'could' I use it?"

    It is at this point that I decided to inquire as to whether or not Mr. Violento sufficiently protects his brain from opponents fists, as his inability to grasp what about 4 different people were repeatedly telling him proved to be quite irritating. Thank you for the chance to clear up this misunderstanding.
