    Newfound Exercise

Someone has probably already done this before, but I kind of figured out a new exercise. I saw someone doing stiff-armed pulldowns with the cablestack, and it made me think: the lats help in sholder extension, but they are also big movers in shoulder adduction; how can I combine these movements?

Well, it came to me. Just use the cable stack, but two high pulleys (Like you're going to do crossovers). Grab them and take a couple steps back so that your arms end up somewhere right between working on the sagittal plane and working on the frontal plane. Now, pull down to your sides while keeping your arms straight. I tried it out, and it definitely seems to hit the lats pretty good. I know it takes more than, "I can feel it," to determine the effectiveness of an exercise. I figured I would share that with you though, in case someone wants to give it a go.

yea, I do that one a lot with my clients. cable pullovers is what I call them because they are sort of like the movement of DB pullovers (lying on a bench) and I couldn't think of a better name.

I created a new exercise today as well

Get a belt. Hook up the chains and wrap it around your penis. Put on a 10-pound plate, 25 or a 45 if you're brave and lift it with your erection and focus on the eccentric by letting it get cold.

    Erection (concentric)
    Cold (static)
    Limp (eccentric)
    Repeat

It has proven to give your penis some great gains and will sufficiently increase your masturbatory and sexual activities.

.. oh wait, i think it was already invented by John H. .. my bad

Pfft. That's not new. Mr. Miagi told me that one when I was merely a young karate kid.

I actually do this, but I don't use the belt, I just slide my cock into the hole in a Standard or York plate. It is a pretty tight fit, but with a nice dousing of topolo's Astroglide I can cram it in just enough.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I have to wonder just how much mental scarring I'm getting from the forum...

Wonder what people say when they see you stuffing weights in a backpack, then walking towards the direction of the door...

That's actually what I used to do at home. Works pretty well.
