I found this routine on another website and I was wondering if anybody here has done this before or is doing this routine now or something similar. This routine follows the HIT principles and I would like some opinions on this before I drop my traditional 3 days a week training each muslce group once every seven days routine. You know the one. Too much isolation crap for an HIT routine in my opinion. If you really go balls to the wall, then 5-7 exercises or so is plenty. Here's an example of two different HIT session I might do:
Squats
Bent Rows
Decline Press
Overhead Squats
Hyperextensions
Deadlifts
Chinups
Overhead Press
Snatch Grip Deadlifts
Saxon Side Bends
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
