    hanging leg raises, incline crunches, knee ups, twists, etc

    Crunches are the way to go for me at any rate. leg lifts are great as well.

    i bet you know this....but just in case.

    your abs get lots of work even when you're not directly training them (stabilizing your torso during legs, back etc)

    i'm not saying you don't need to train them directly (some people do conclude that though)

    but you won't see them unless you're body fat is really low.

    so if you don't see abs - it's likely a diet issue more then an ab training issue. i know you have to develop them - but that's just part of it. lots of people have abs out there that you can't see b/c of the bodyfat.
