I'd love to see a video of your 15 yr old, 155 lb frame squating 315 lbs.

ya really. Please post a vid. I do not beleive this. Not that it is impossible. I just don't beleive you can do it. So say it all you want. Until I see proof I do not believe.

I don't see why you guys don't believe this kid. At my gym when I was a kid we had probably a dozen guys 15-17 who could ATG squat 300-500lbs..and most if not all were 100% drug free.

Of coarse there's a lot of 15-17 yr olds that weigh in excess of 200 lbs, not a buck 55.

Think about it. He hasn't beenm lifting that long and already can squat over double his weight at only age 15. Sure your right

I don't know how long he has trained but I knew many guys who were all under 190lbs who had good squats and or deadlifts in high school ( 400+) ......most couldnt bench for shit though. I'm not saying they were the norm but they sure as hell were not freaks either.....I think many guys can squat or dead lift 300+ after only one year of training.

Right. I have been training legs for 3 1/2 months and I just squatted 225 for ten reps past parallel. My max is 325.

Exactly. Most of these kids come out of disneyland.

Kenwood, three months ago your asking for routines. You still weigh the fucking same. You couldn't go as to ground with your own weight sitting on your shoulders neverless 315 lbs.

Now you say your sore and give you 3-4 weeks. Why will it take you that long to find a 15 yr old replacement to do it for you.

Oh shit I forgot, you can almost curl your own weight to.

Your calling me a moron and could care less if you never gain another lb. Just how fucking long do you think your going to get stronger without gaining a lb. Now that's a fucking moron for you.

Anyone can cheat and do there weight. Bodybuilding is about using good form and proper techniques to build the best body your genetics will allow, not seeing how much you can lift by cheating. Shit I can bench over 800 fucking lbs if I only have to move the bar 1".

Now do your exercises correctly and post the correct amounts you can do properly young lad.

    Tough
