How much are biceps involved in back excercises?

Can you, say work your biceps on mon. and work your back on tues.? or are you biceps so involved in your back workouts that you should work them on the same day.

this is my routine so far
    mon. legs
    tue chest and bi's
    wed back
    thur tri's and shoulders
    fri. rest
    sat. rest
    sun legs.

if i do dips..........does that fall in the chest category or triceps?

First off how in the world can you do legs on sunday, then go and do them on monday? Second; it really depends on the exercise as far as if a back exercise works your biceps. I like to do back and biceps on two different days as tris and chest. One day for chest, arms, back, and legs is how I would do if I was using a normal split. Doing shoulders on arm day.

Yes, your biceps are used quite a bit during your back workout, particularly if you like to do any of your movements supinated. In fact, I don't do curls hardly at all (Maybe twice in the past 4 or 5 months) and I can curl more than most of the gym sluts who do them all the time.
