    New Training Program please critique

    Here is a new training program. What do you think? Is it any good?

    that is going to be one long ass workout and it. It can be set up better. Be sure to check out the stickies I have set up at the top of the page....training 101 and Cowpimps training threads. They will help you really come up with something effective.

    what are your goals? how long have you been training?
