Again, Pathetic.

Plus the test is not rocket science, even a tool like you could do it.

a 40 year old is throwing a fit over a fucking calculator cussing at every little thing that squaggle has said. You don't respect anyone's opinions or arguments foreman. You always gotta be right. It's either your way or the highway. Instead of picking on people telling them to grow up, why don't you grow up yourself and get yourself a real hobby.
While there is truth to both sides of the argument, I think it's safe to say that Foreman and I are both really just kidding around.

Shiznit really is right though. Every single thing I said before makes sense. You're just too close-minded or too set on maintaining your 'I don't care what you say because I'm Foreman' attitude to see it.

You are closed minded, quick to judge and slow to understand. When you can post in detail how and when I had the tests done, and who did them and if they were done right, then I will be happy to listen to your opinions on it.

Read up in the Anabolic, training and diet sections son.....I post their all the time and give my honest opinions. What I or any of us do in open chat matters not.

For some reason that sentence makes me laugh. When the tests were done and who conducted them doesn't matter. Anyone who knows anything about these calculators would know that. Thanks for proving your ignorance once and for all. Nothing else really needs to be said here but I'm sure you'll find something. You make me giggle like a little schoolgirl.

Again you show us you have 0 to offer in the training section. You pretend to know in detail about who tested my body fat and you pertend to know how they did it.....you really need to keep this crap in open chat son.....it is not something needed in the training forum.

Foreman you always get owned this way.

You say something stupid and then find loopholes around what you say to make yourself seem right.

I'm not going to go back and find examples, but I know you do and have, and so do many others, which is why no one is ever on your side.

not very. calipers, tanita, etc, etc, etc...all have a margin for error between +/- 3-7% if not more depending on how many points and other variables. however, if you're measuring with the same technique at relatively the same time of day, at least you can monitor some type of progress. DEXA is accurate but i don't know how many people have access to this method.

IMO it's better to rely primarily on measurements and progress pictures rather then bf% testing.

Notice I made one post in this thread, and you pin this on me.
I didn't say one thing about any tests at all.

Don't cry about it just because you got your feelings hurt.
Admit you were wrong and move on.
