    Critique my new routine

Hey, im currently reading a book called "scrawny to brawny" and i think im gonna give their routine a try. Here is what they recommend you do for your first time routine. I think this is for a few weeks(4 maybe?) to help strengthen you until you can move onto harder exercises. Let me know what you all think of it for someone who is small without a great core. 5'9 143ish. Ive worked out for 11 months prior, with some results, but i want to try something different.

    Workout A
    barbell front Squat 5 X 5
    incline bench press 5 X 5
    Bulgarian split Squat 2 X 6-8
    One Arm Row(elbow out) 2 X 6-8

    Workout B
    Chinup*Add weight if neccesary 5 X 5
    Hang Clean and Press 5 X 5
    Cable Pull Throughs 2 X 6-8
    Weighted Situps 2 X 6-8

    Workout C
    Elevated Trap Bar D-Lift 5 X 5
    Dips 5 X 5
    Cable Rows 2 X 6-8
    Reverse Hypers 2 X 6-8

I think it looks fine. I actually know someone who is reading the same book.

You may also consider checking out some of my own threads on designing routines. There is a sticky at the top. Then you can put together your own full body routine utilizing some form of periodization.
