    cardio everyday

should I do cardio everyday? I am in the proccess of losing weight ( cutting ), but do not want to lose a lot of muscle in the process. I still have a high % of BF. Would it be o.k. to do cardio everyday if I seperate cardio from lifting by 8-10 hours. It is so eay for me to do cardio, I have a new recumbent bike sitting nest to my bed.

I think your body would be happy to have a day or maby 2 to rest.. But if there is 8-10 hours between cardio and Weight lifting I can't see any hints

For how long do you cardio each morning?

if you like the cardio, stick with it. I think too many people neglect the health of their heart when they bodybuild. Get lean on your cut, then worry about adding muscle from there. As long as your diet is crisp and clean, you wont lose much muscle. Make sure you get enough rest though.

I eat six meals a day full of protein, carbs, veggies and I drink 4 to 6 litres of pure water a day. The reason I asked this question is because some sites make it sound like cardio is going to zap away your hard earned gains in the flash of an eye.

You really do not have to be worried about that. As long as you have your food right and do not cardio befor/after weightlift - then everything's gonna be allright. don't worry. you got my blessing Keep up the good work - but remember to have a rest day..

why ever would you want to? focus on tightening up your diet to lose the excess bf. IMO 3-4 days worth of cardio is plenty. do you switch it up at all, ie. intervals, HIIT, etc?

I would also implement at least a couple of interval sessions each week. You don't need to do cardio daily by any means, but it is certainly great for your health.
