I just read about these in a mens fitness magazine. Apparently you can work out the muscle in your penis by contracting and releasing it. The article says that you can work the muscle by acting as if you are taking a piss and doing the same thing you would do to stop peeing mid-stream. It goes on to say that you can check if you are doing them right by inserting your finger into your ass and feeling whether or not it contracts, as its the same muscle that contracts your butthole. Anyone know if I can put on some mass with this?

On second reading, it never claims that it will make your penis any bigger. Only that it can increase erections and length of intercourse by improving blood flow. And there has to be some sort of muscle there, how do you stop pissing mid stream or contract your anus?

I think you mess thing up. In your anus there are 2 ring muscles. an inner ring and a "outter" ring. the iner ring is not under ur own control but the "outter" is. and when you contract the ring it will "push" where your penis starts.. you know what I mean? If I remember correctly, this exercise isn't to enlarge the penis. It strengthens the muscle that pushes out urine/semen. Thus causing more stimulating orgasms.
Also, it increases head size a little, or so I read. Better PE muscles you got the longer you have sex.
