Upper/Lower split question
I started an Upper/Lower split and I do both squats and deadlifts on my lower day. My upper days are Mon and Thurs and my lower are Tues and Fri. Should I be doing squats and deadlifts on both lower days or just on one? Or do I do deadlifts on the first lower day and then squats on the second?

you can do it either way. typically if I squat on one day i will deadlift on the other but sometimes I will do them on the same day and then do something else on the other day. as long as you account for your volume. |

With a setup like that, I would probably opt to put them on different days. I have done them together many a times, but usually when I do them the same day I alternate which one starts the workout.

I'd do them on opposite days
