Question variety in my program

ive been hearing that adding variety in your training is very important, but exactly how much variety do you want. Right now i'm on a program simialr to BFS where I have different core lifts every mon, wed, and fri and then i have auxileries that I do through out those days, sometimes I'll do the same auxilery twice in a week as long as I covering every muscle group. does my program have enough varity in it?

Suggest you post your routine so that others may comment on the "variety" of the exercises. Post the day/exercies/sets and reps. This will allow a better analysis of the routine than just refering to BFS.

What is BFS?

I think exercise selection, under most circumstances, is the training variable that needs to be changed least frequently. I would change the intensity, volume, and density far more frequently.
