Need a fullbody routine!

Okay, I've been doing this lifting thing for a while now and I want to drop all this isolation bs and go for the core mass builders with maybe a slight bit of isolation in there if at all. I need a fullbody routine that will put mass on me, but not overtrain me since I'll be hitting each area three times a week (it is 3 days a week right?). My pull ups and squats suck right now since I've been mislead to believe that I should be doing crap like curls and whatever. So military presses, db bench presses (easier on my shoulders?), squats, pullups, deadlifts (I'm scared of these since I've never done them - ha time to get over it!), bent over rows (the standing rows are death on my wrists and shoulder, no sense killing myself with them), possibly dips, ab work, and some light cardio (nothing that will go catabolic) seem like the main exercises I'll want to do.

Does anyone have a great full body plan the incorporates these or other good compound exercises? I'd love a day by day thing laid out since if I have to decide for myself I will a) do too much, b) focus on deciding what to do and not on actually doing it.

Also, is the fullbody a better hypertrophic routine than splits? Thanks again. I'll put a journal up to track my progress once I get a routine established with your help!

read the stickies on training at the top of the page and put together a routine. We can help you refine it and make it better.
