How to get a broader chest and heart rate questions
Hello Friends,
I had a few questions about my workout plan: 1. I think I have well developed arms but I would like to develop a broader chest. One of my friends told me that because my arms were bigger there were not allowing my chest to develop. Also people told me to get a broader chest I should concentrate on chest and back exercises. I am thinking that I only do chest and back exercises without doing any arms. Is that a good idea? Right now for the chest I do bench/incline/pec deck/flies. Are these good enough? What is the exercise that I must concentrate on to build a broader chest? 2. I have loose some facial fat and some fat around my waist, but I have to bulk up on my chest. Do you think running on the treadmill is a good exercise to do in this scenario? Will running prevent me from putting on bulk? 3. For my age group and weight the treadmill/cardio machines tell me that my ideal heart rate is 125. But at that heart rate I barely feel myself stressed at all. I feel stressed out only at an heart rate of 175. What heart rate should I try to maintain while doing cardio exercises? |

Hello ForemanRules,
I don't think the link answers my questions. |
