just as a point of reference...those 'calories burned' numbers on cardio machines drastically overestimate.

i thought i read that somewhre before but i have no idea how they can prove that because someone jogging on a tred is gonna burn more cals than someone walking on the tred for the same time period

worry more about your diet adn what you are intaking then how much you are burning through exercise. IF all you care about is burning calories through exercise it would be a good idea to start running marathons.
