    Postworkout

The best Pre and Post W/O should actually looks like this:
0.2 g/lb high glycemic index carbs
0.1 g/lb protein from whey (or Just 5 grams of BCAA or 15 grams of EAAs)

You would consume this mixture in water both pre and post OR during and post.

I got the following from another forum, so taht means since i wehg 170lbs, i shoudl only get 17 g of protein in my postworkout shake??
    U guys agree or what?

the same guy is saying, this also

    You are looking for:
    Protein-15-30%,
    carbohydrates-40-75%,
    fat-10-30%
    ...of your total calories

The ideal range of protein for growth is .6-.9 grams per pound of body weight.

and hes giving advice for a bulk, I dont agree with the .6 - .9 g of protein at ALL, what u guyus think about this?

From what I've read, you should consume more like double what they are suggesting (.8g/kg for carbs and half that for protein).
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I've heard you should use 2g protein for every 2kg body weight. That would mean that a guy such as myself weighs about 109kg/2kg=~53. My protein, GNC Pro Performance Mega Isolate has 50g protein/serving. I think that formula works fine. Seems to be effective for me.

Here's what Emma has recommended in the past PWO. It's been my formula....seems to work.

Based on her recommensations, it would likely be double that....PWO anyway.
